South West Committee CABE & South West Women in Construction
Our Director, Rebecca Morley, is a member of the South West CABE committee and is dedicated to bringing networking and professional training opportunities to members and professionals across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset. Additionally, the construction industry has long been underrepresented in terms of gender diversity, but groups like South West Women in Construction (SWWIC) are driving transformative change. Being part of this progressive group allows us to participate in promoting gender diversity, mentorship and networking, showcase the achievements of women in construction through awards, events, and media outreach, in addition to working alongside allies from all demographics to create a unified and diverse workforce.
